Dr. Alka Tyagi is a bilingual poet, researcher and translator who has been teaching English at Delhi University for more than two decades. Her philosophical and spiritual inclinations have propelled her research interest in ancient Indian literatures, yogic studies, the Upanishads and the non-dual Kashmiri Trika Śaivism which reflects in the poems that come to her. In this conversation we immerse ourselves in her craft, her vision and her views on literature, academia, poetry and spirituality.
