Sanskrit Alphabet is called the Matrika Chakra in Trika philosophy. The Matrika Chakra, or the garland of letters propels forth the creation. Its names and forms are made up of sounds that are akṣaras, The akṣaras are never destroyed and are infused with power of the divine.
